DESCRIPTION OF THIS PROPERTY:
Property located 450 meters from Maranduba beach. Public lighting up to the property, paved road up to 150 meters in a residential neighborhood.
House for 8 to 10 people

Living room with 42-inch TV, Sky 40 channels, ceiling fan.
Kitchen with a 336-liter double-door refrigerator, blender, microwave, and kitchen utensils.
Dormitories:
1st - A suite with a double bed and a bunk bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
2nd - A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Accommodation in beds for 8 people, accommodation for 2 people on extra mattresses.
A total of 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor toilet near the pool.
We do not provide: pillows, bed linens, bath towels, or table linens.

Swimming pool: dimensions: 4.00 m x 2.40 m, with a depth of 1.40 m throughout, AND SAFETY FENCES AROUND THE POOL
The caretaker will have access to the pool on alternate days, as needed, for cleaning and maintenance.

Outdoor shower, parking space for 3 cars.
GATE MEASUREMENTS: Height: 2.35 meters, Width: 2.50 meters.
Small pets are allowed.

The property entrance is accessed from the side of HOUSE #1, but is completely independent. This property is located at the back of the building.
