We are 300 meters from Maranduba beach. Public lighting up to the property, asphalt up to 120 meters.

Kitchen with 334-liter duplex refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils.
Bedroom:
With a double bed, a bunk bed, 24-inch television, wall fan AND AIR CONDITIONING.
Accommodation for 4 people.

Swimming pool 6.00 x 3.00 and 1.40 deep throughout.
Barbecue area, with two communal barbecues ( for use), with sink, refrigerator and outdoor shower.
ONE SMALL ANIMAL IS ALLOWED, WITH A COST OF 15.00 PER DAY. The owner must bring a bed and food bowls. In common areas, the animal must be held or kept on a leash.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE CONDOMINIUM: Use of the barbecue and swimming pool until 10 pm, in compliance with the Silence Law and good coexistence among users. Failure to comply with the Regulations will result in a fine of $300.00.
There is no parking space for cars, they are parked in front of the chalets.
