On the pool deck (adult and children), polished granite tables, umbrellas, benches, showers and covered barbecue. Living room with sofa, TV, large table with chairs (holy supper type), equipped kitchen, Freezer, fridge, stove. Another hall, with tables and chairs, and foosball table. Located less than 400 meters from the beach (Lagoinha-Ubatuba-SP), in a closed residential condominium (SAMOLA), with a beautiful panoramic view. The house accommodates up to 19 guests. WIFI. It is a property with characteristics of an inn. Private parking for 6 cars. Condominium monitored by cameras on all streets. Motorized security. OBS.: It is not allowed to produce sounds that could interfere with the privacy of the neighborhood. Inside the condominium there are 2 restaurants and 1 pizzeria. Next to supermarket and health center. Beach with shallow and clear waters, ideal for children. Speedboat and banana boat rides. Waterfall and Lagoinha ruins. Trails: 7 beaches and Caçandoca.
