Located less than 400 meters from the beach (Lagoinha-Ubatuba-SP), in a closed residential condominium (SAMOLA), with a beautiful panoramic view. The house accommodates up to 19 guests. WIFI. It is a property with characteristics of an inn. Private parking for 6 cars. Condominium monitored by cameras on all streets. Motorized security. OBS.: It is not allowed to produce sounds that could interfere with the privacy of the neighborhood. Inside the condominium there are 2 restaurants and 1 pizzeria. Next to supermarket and health center. Beach with shallow and clear waters, ideal for children. Speedboat and banana boat rides. Waterfall and Lagoinha ruins. Trails: 7 beaches and Caçandoca.
