I love Ubatuba for the natural beauty and the beaches, the friendliness and joy of the people, going to the Aquariums with the kids, strolling at night, Ubatumirim Beach, Praia da Fortaleza, Tenório, are my favorites among others.

The property is located in an excellent condominium in Praia Grande, leisure and comfort. Next to the condo there is a bakery, beauty salon, restaurant, marina (to take the ferry and go to the beach, among many other comforts and benefits to guarantee the practicality of everyday life.

What makes the apartment unique

This property has an excellent view and a more than privileged location in Praia Grande. This is all proven when you arrive on the balcony and be impressed by the beautiful view of Praia Grande de Ubatuba.
