It is also four blocks from the Rio-Santos highway, facilitating access to the city's beautiful beaches.

Apartment for rent in Ubatuba - Itaguá Foi uma boa experiência! O anfitrião muito agradável e sempre breve nas respostas. Imóvel estava muito bem limpo. Os tapetes estão limpos e tudo organizado. A decoração do apto era agradável. As paredes não tinham teia de aranha. O Zelador muito atencioso e deu todas as instruções. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado estavam limpos e ao ligar todo normal, sem cheiro e funcionando corretamente e gelando bem. Os utensílios de cozinhas bem montados, com panela de pressão funcionando, forno do fogão funcionado e limpo. Assim sem comentários que pudessem prejudicar a estadia. O apto era amplo e bem iluminado. A garagem fácil de entrar e sair. O imóvel é localizado numa rua tranquila sem muitos movimentos. Em resumo foi uma boa experiência! Recomendo.

Apartment for rent in Ubatuba - Itaguá O apartamento é amplo e espaçoso. Bem localizado, próximo à orla do Itaguá, e mesmo assim, situado numa rua tranquila, excelente para descansar após curtir um dia nas praias da região. Facilidade no check-in e comunicação com o anfitrião. O bairro do Itaguá possui excelente localização, pois está no meio do caminho entre as praias mais ao Norte (na minha opinião, as melhores) e ao Sul. À noite, é possível deixar o carro na garagem e sair para caminhar pela orla, onde estão localizados os melhores restaurantes da cidade. Resumindo, uma ótima opção para sua estadia em Ubatuba.
