Nearby there are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, pharmacies and various attractions such as tour agencies, schooners, Ubatuba Aquarium, Tamar Project, shopping malls, craft stores, among others.
The closest and ideal beaches for swimming are Praia do Tenório, Grande, Vermelha do Centro and Cedro. However, the apartment is less than 600 m from the Rio-Santos highway (BR 101), which gives access to most of the more than 100 beaches in Ubatuba!
All furniture and other items in the apartment were chosen and planned to increase ventilation and reduce humidity. The entire apartment is terraced, allowing good air circulation and plenty of lighting.
