Our house has flat environments for easy movement of elderly people, children and those with special needs, space for up to 12 people, dining room, TV room, room with table for family games and cards, a grass court for footvolley and badminton, and can be adapted for beach tennis.
On the 17 meter long balcony you will be integrated with the leisure area, with barbecue, oven, table for 12 people, hammocks, and contemplating a wonderful landscape with birds coming across the extensive lawn.
The condominium is very safe and has several attractions for everyone from children to the elderly to enjoy. The leisure area has a place for children to play, outdoor gym equipment, a grass football field, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a beach volleyball court, a bocce ball court, and a clean and wonderful river that comes of the mountains and goes around the condominium.
PETS will love it, the house has space to be free and in contact with nature.
Security is one of the best in Ubatuba, you won't have to worry at all, 24-hour surveillance, lit streets, and you and your family and friends will be able to go for walks at night breathing the purest air of the Serra do Mar.
Super strategic location, 10 minutes from paradisiacal beaches, close to tourist attractions (Aquarium, Tamar project, schooners, etc.), great restaurants, shops and craft fairs, and next to markets and pharmacies.
