GREENHOUSE II NEIGHBORHOOD:
The house is located on Rua Santa Cruz, with a wide range of supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, pizzerias, bars, and other amenities.
PROCEDURE:
- Reservations are made upon payment (deposit or bank transfer/PIX) of 50% of the reservation value. The remaining payment is due at check-in in cash or by bank transfer/PIX. (Note: the property key is handed over after full payment of the reservation.)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- You must bring your own bed linens, towels, and personal belongings. We offer linen rentals if needed (upon advance request).
- The house is located on the upper part of a lot with two residences. The space is private, airy, and very comfortable—ideal for those seeking tranquility and convenience during their stay.
- The garage is on the ground floor and access to the other rooms is via a staircase (garage on the ground floor and the other rooms in the house on the 1st floor).
- Pets: Advance reservations are required and subject to an additional fee. Please be careful with furniture and refrain from climbing on beds and sofas.
