We are located 5 meters from a neighborhood with a market, wine cellars, pharmacies, gas stations, butchers, etc.
We are 10 minutes from a tourist spot, one of the most visited in Brazil (Magic City), which offers all kinds of entertainment, from children's to the most radical for adults.
In our structure we have a children's and adult pool. With waterfall.
We have a barbecue, refrigerator, sofa, pool table, bingo table, exercise bike. We have a privileged view of nature.
We have parking spaces for 4 cars inside the property.
