The little house is located in a gated, family-friendly community, surrounded by nature and tranquility.
Boiçucanga Beach is strategically located in the region, situated between some of the best beaches - Juquehy, Barra do Sahy, Baleia, Camburi, Maresias, Paúba and Toque Toque - and is also close to the Pedra Lisa Waterfall.
Boiçucanga beach has the best infrastructure in the region, with several banks, a lottery outlet, an Extra hypermarket, a municipal hospital, a health center, and excellent restaurants.

1.9 km from the center and Boiçucanga Beach
6.9 km by car from Camburi
8.1 km by car to Baleia Beach
9.9 km by car from Maresias

The place is very peaceful, but if you're looking for a bit of excitement, the North Coast offers some really nice bars and restaurants ;)

The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony, and a backyard with a barbecue.
We have ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen, as well as a portable fan;
In the living room we have a 43" TV with Netflix and all the free-to-air/cable TV channels;
We have another support room for games, reading...
Our Wi-Fi is excellent, it works in all areas of the house, and we have free Wi-Fi in the building.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric oven, blender, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
On the balcony we have benches and a hammock for you to enjoy the view of the condominium;
In the backyard, we have a barbecue grill, a counter with a sink, a table, and chairs;
Parking for up to 2 cars.
The condominium has an indoor swimming pool for adults and children. During the week it is heated.
