It has 6 complete suites, one of which is in the basement, spacious, with custom furniture and Wi-Fi for Home Office.
Comfortable living room and TV, guest bathroom, well-equipped kitchen with appliances and barbecue.

- STAFF:
The presence of staff during the stay is essential (cook and cleaner), their services are not included in the daily rates.
The employee takes care of tidying and cleaning daily.
The cook prepares delicious dishes and appetizers for you to enjoy the best meals during your stay.
- LAYETTE:
We provide all linens (bed linen, bath towels and pool towels) for a maximum of 12 guests.
There is no exchange during the rental period.

1 - WHALE BEACH:
The house is LOCATED on Praia da Baleia, one of the safest and most sought-after beaches on the north coast, an excellent beach for practicing physical activity, with its extensive 3km of beach and it is very common to see people doing morning bike rides and going for a run. The sea is calm and peaceful, great for swimming, its sands are clear and firm.
2 -BARRA DO SAHY BEACH:
As a neighbor we have the beautiful Praia da Barra do Sahy, a charming beach full of charms such as:
Natural pool, Praia dos Anjos and a super charming little chapel.
Not to mention that it is one of the most recommended places to watch the sunset.
3 - THE ISLANDS:
An essential tip for a trip, the Islands are a place with a lot of charm, there you will find tents and chairs to enjoy an incredible day, with a sensational sunset, there is also a kiosk that makes various types of drinks, caipirinhas and snacks.
4 - NEIGHBORHOOD BEACHES:
The house is also close to the beaches of Juquehy, Camburi, Camburizinho and Maresias.
Car journeys take between 10 and 20 minutes to the beaches.
