WE RENT TO GROUPS OF A MINIMUM 10 AND A MAXIMUM 25 PEOPLE. VALUES CHANGE ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS. The property is located in Praia de Maresias, 800 meters from the sea in a private cul-de-sac with 5 other holiday homes. In the surroundings there is a local commerce with market, butcher and greengrocer.
The walk to the beachfront takes around 10-15 minutes.
In addition to the quiet and safe location, the property offers total convenience, comfort and leisure for travelers. It is spread over 5 thousand meters with 1,500 of constructed area. Large leisure area with swimming pool and heated spa, kiosk with full kitchen and dining, lounge and TV, Snooker room, Zen room, dry sauna, outdoor lounges, disco open to the garden, fire place, beautiful lakes for contemplation and lush landscaping with palm trees and noble plants.
The property's accommodation is for up to 25 people distributed in 8 bedrooms. They are distributed in a Main House and 2 Chalets, with comfortable rooms that have air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV., double bed that varies in size: Standard Double, Queensize and Kingsize, single bed and sofa bed.
Accommodation at the property offers bed, table and bath linen, towels for the beach and pool and 2 Employees responsible for cleaning, tidying, preparing meals, cleaning the swimming pools, garden, garbage collection and maintaining the group's safety.

Casa excepcional, realmente um paraíso particular. Tem estrutura de um hotel, aconchegante, limpo, muito bem organizado e colaboradores muito prestativos. Condiz com a descrição feita neste anúncio, construída de forma interessante pois as áreas de refeição e lazer são separadas dos dormitórios. Um pouco distante da praia, mas isso não foi problema.
A proprietária foi muito prestativa e atenciosa conosco.
