Casa muito bem localizada, atravessa a rua e já está na praia, possui uma entrada privativa por ser a primeira casa do condomínio. O Alberto foi muito atencioso e carismático desde o início do contato, até nos levou dois guarda sol novinhos. O chuveiro do banheiro é muito bom!
