being perpendicular to Av. Mãe Bernarda,
approximately 250/300 meters from the beach on a dead-end street,
in a very beautiful, safe and peaceful place.
Also remembering that the house is very complete, both in terms of plates, cutlery, pans, glasses and cups.
It has 3 refrigerators, several televisions, with CABLE TV, and very fast WI-FI.
It has 500 m2 of built area and approximately 300 m2 of rooms and balconies.
It has a 6 x 3 x 1.5 deep swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub for up to 8 people, a barbecue, and a wood-burning oven.
All rooms have double height ceilings and are very ventilated and airy,
all have air conditioning and also a ceiling fan
I have a trusted caretaker in my house, who you can arrange the part with,
for the services you deem necessary.
The leisure area is private. IT IS NOT A CONDOMINIUM. It has 4 large parking spaces.
