House with accommodation for 10 people distributed in 03 bedrooms, two double beds and the rest single beds.
Balcony with hammock, barbecue, sun loungers, tables, chairs and outdoor shower, all integrated with the pool.
ANIMALS: It is necessary to notify, but the stay is free. However, we count on the tutor's help!
We do not provide bed and bath linen.
The lease will be made with a contract and a promissory note as a nominal deposit, which, if no damage is found, will be considered invalid.
