House for vacation rental in São Sebastião
The house has 4 suites, all with split air conditioning and a central air conditioning unit that powers the living rooms and 2 other bedrooms with air conditioning as well. We are 60 meters from the beach, leaving the condominium. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
We have a children's room with a range of games, children's books, a double kayak for 2 people with life jackets, and beach games.
If you are interested, we have a maid/cook for R$200.00 per day. He usually prepares meals, washes all the dishes and cleans the 7 bathrooms. He works from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
We accept pets accompanying guests, but we charge a fee of R$400.00 to clean and wash some items that are normally required after pets leave. Pets cannot roam the condominium, as there is a fine of R$2,000.00 if this happens. The same applies if there is a game of ball on the lawns or in the pools.
Guaeca is considered by CETESB to be the best beach in São Paulo. It has never had any pollution levels, as it has no local residents or businesses. It is 2 km long and has 3 high-end summer home complexes, in a narrow strip of 200 meters from the beach, and surrounded by mountains with virgin forest, without garbage or sewage all year round. Our water comes from our own artesian well, although it is treated/filtered. The sea water is as clear as the Caribbean.
On Barequeçaba beach, 1.5 km away from ours, there is a local community with a supermarket, bakery, gas station, construction materials store, pharmacy, health center, restaurants, etc... Basically all bedrooms have a double bed, with some having the option of extra beds... We can only accept reservations 3 months in advance as the house is for sale.

We are an elderly couple, private individuals who have been renting their property for some years... We always recommend that you come and visit us and get to know the house and its accommodations. Our small condominium, all fenced and walled, with 5,000 m2 of lawn (green area of block 1), coconut trees and orchard, swimming pools for adults and children, all 60 meters from the beach. Nowadays, the number of properties that are rented over the phone/internet, and when the landlord arrives to stay, after having paid all or part of the lease and realize that they have been deceived, because the person/real estate agent they negotiated with does not exist, it is very sad. This scam is being used more and more. CAREFUL!!!! So come and meet us and we always want to please our guests so that they can pass on their wonderful stay to others!!!
