The modern, cozy and well-lit studio is close to Vila Mariana station (Line 1 - Blue). It has an ideal space for a vacation in São Paulo, it is very well equipped with a 43" SmartTV, blackout curtain on the window, ultra-fast internet, digital lock, full kitchen and balcony with views of the city. The bathroom is great gas shower. The building has a great swimming pool, gym, pet friendly and coworking space. It is also close to markets, pharmacies and a museum in the region.

Important Rules:
- Smoking is not permitted in the property;
- All tenants must provide a photo of an official ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please respect the neighbors
- No parties or events are allowed inside the property;
- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation.
