Located in a condominium with leisure infrastructure, our Studio is a great option for those looking for practicality and comfort. It is located in a privileged location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena metro terminal, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, except the party room. Calm and peaceful neighborhood, in the region you can find several markets, bars and restaurants. In addition to being close to Beco do Batman, a tourist attraction in São Paulo famous for its graffiti walls. Close to the Vila Madalena terminal, you can easily get to the main points of the city using public transport. It is also possible to easily get around to other regions of São Paulo, using apps like Uber.
We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park your car on the street in front of the building or in paid parking close to the site.

The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply separately). The Studio environment is open concept and accommodates up to 3 people, 2 in a double bed and 1 in a single support bed. In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for the stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office and Smart TV. A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces. There is a table for meals, glass and blackout to enjoy the outdoor environment. We also have hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI. For a more cozy environment, we have blackout curtains in the apartment's balcony. In the bathroom, the shower is electric and we offer a hairdryer. The condominium also has a gym and rooftop pool.
Guests will have access to the entire space, as well as free access to the entire condominium, except the party room.
