Exquisite and cozy studio for up to 4 guests, located in the heart of Augusta, one of the most famous and trendy streets in São Paulo, Consolação neighborhood, close to Avenida Paulista, Shopping Frei Caneca and Makenzie.My space is close to 24-hour bakeries, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, nightclubs, parking lots, gyms, a bus stop in front and 800 meters from 3 subway stations, namely Consolação, Paulista and Higienópolis-Mackenzie.
ALL GUESTS ON THE RESERVE MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 5:30 PM AT THE BUILDING TO REGISTER AT THE DOOR. AFTER THIS TIME, CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE PERFORMED WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF THE HOST, CO-HOST OR PERSON IN CHARGE.
FOR CHECK-IN AFTER 6PM A FEE OF 90.00 WILL BE CHARGED.

1) It will be necessary to send documents with a photo of all guests on the reservation for registration at reception to access the property. Documents must be sent by 1 pm on the day of check-in, except for reservations made on the same day, where documents must be sent immediately after. It is also necessary to inform the vehicle data if you need the garage.
2) Visitors are not allowed to enter the building. Only people who are previously registered with document and photo in the reservation will be able to attend the apartment. NO KIND OF VISITS will be allowed in the apartment.
3) Our check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time: until 11:00 am.
For early check-in or extended check-out, we charge a fee of 70% of the daily rate (subject to availability) Requests must be sent with
24 hours in advance).
4) We have luggage storage if you need it. It works from Monday to Friday - from 9:00h to 22:00h. We charge an amount of R$20.00 per bag, paid in advance or right after check-out.
4) It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or in any area of the building. On the street, there is no problem with smoking, but I ask you not to smoke anywhere in the apartment, even on the balcony. Failure to comply will generate costs for professional cleaning and the daily fees required to carry out the service, both at the expense of the guest.

6) Respect the quiet time (10 pm to 8 am). Subject to condominium fee.
