Private, cozy and functional room in an apartment located on one of the most famous streets in São Paulo, in the heart of the city, approximately 5 blocks from Avenida Paulista and 2 blocks from Shopping Frei Caneca. My space is close to 24-hour bakeries, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, clubs, 24-hour parking lots and with easy access to subways, taxis and buses. Located on Rua Augusta, close to the Consolação, Paulista and Higienópolis-Mackenzie metro stations.The room is private for up to two people (If you are traveling with a partner, add the second guest to the reservation and provide the name and ID number of the person who will arrive with you, before check-in). Pay attention to check-in and check-out times. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am with a 1-hour tolerance. It is necessary to contact the host at least 1 hour in advance when on the way to the apartment to check-in. Don't forget to verify documents via. (You only need to do it once and the information is not shared with the hosts) Verification will help you a lot in future reservations) Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, in the room and in the common areas of the condominium, as is the use of any drugs illicit in Brazil. It is not permitted to receive visitors in the apartment or common areas of the condominium. For security reasons there are security cameras in the living room, hallway, kitchen and laundry area. Cameras are always on and record and store videos and images.

The room is large, private, in a shared apartment and has a super privileged location. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable and functional, has a guest bathroom and toilet, both with hygienic shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room, balcony and laundry area. It is located on one of the most famous and trendy streets in the central region of São Paulo, Rua Augusta, very close to Avenida Paulista. In the room I provide all bed linen, four pillows, three blankets for cold weather, bath and face towels, soap dish and water bottle.
