Apartment contains:
- 1 bedroom 🛏️(1 standard double bed, D33 mattress, 2 single D33 mattresses), with ceiling fan);
- 1 room 🛋️ (1 two-bed with 2 single D33 mattresses), with ceiling fan and TV 📺;
- 1 kitchen with 1 fan;
- 1 bathroom 🚽🧻🚿;
- The tanks and clothesline are communal. We have clothes pegs available.
- Basic kitchen items:
- Stove;
- Microwave;
- Electric oven;
- Blender;
- Plates, glasses, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, glass dessert pots, pans, plastic bowls, vegetable grater, wine/can/bottle opener, coffee strainer holder, reusable coffee strainer and thermos ;
- If you miss something, send a message and we will evaluate what can be done.
- Bed and bath linen are not available in the rental. However, if necessary, we rent bed and bath linens. Each piece costs R$ 10.00.
- Sheet;
- Pillow with pillowcase;
- Bath towel;
- Microfiber blanket.
- We do not have a parking space, but the surrounding streets always have parking spaces available. There are paid parking lots nearby.
- All sockets are 220V. However, if necessary, we have a transformer if you need to use something 110V.
- Apartment is on the 2nd floor with 1 and a half flights of stairs. We don't have an elevator.
- Depending on availability, we can evaluate the flexibility of check-in/entry and check-out/exit.
- Check-in/entrance: From 3pm.
- Check-out/departure: Until 12pm.
- We have the privilege of having a street market on Wednesdays, on the street of the condominium. With this you can buy fresh items for your stay, such as vegetables, fruits, fish.
