House in a gated community that has lakes, a walking trail, a sports and tennis court, a playground and a football field. It is located 10 minutes from the center of Itu, and 5 minutes from local shops.
The house has 2 double suites, one with a TV, 1 bedroom with a trellis and 3 separate mattresses, allowing for extra accommodation. In the outdoor area, a delicious swimming pool, barbecue, foosball table and incredible green area to play ball or contemplate nature! For cold days, fondue device and portable fireplace.
Fully furnished, the house has a fan in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, as well as Wi-Fi, board games, cards, TV.
In addition to you and your family, your pet is also very welcome!
