Enjoy the 2,600m2 of pure tranquility and leisure, farm with crystal clear river on the land itself, enjoy nature and everything it offers, we have just installed a bathtub with hydro in one of the suites, book now, enjoy our special values, and our differential that is the time of check-in and check-out, from 08:00 to 18:00 the next day, that's right!!
Large and cozy space, equipped with hammocks, fireplace, barbecue, games room, whirlpool bath and even natural pool, come relax, come with friends, accommodates 12 people!! Land with lots of fruit, jackfruit, lychee, lemon vinegar, passion fruit, avocado, persimmon, etc... give access to the river in the hot season, a lot of people come, but as our land has access to the river it is very private and private. Some games available such as: Uno, Dominoes for children, Dominoes for adults, decks and chess. We only started renting at the end of 2020, and we have already fulfilled large requests such as, handrail on the stairs, railing on the top floor (games room), entrance gate, granite stones in the wood stove area, installation of a bathtub with hidro, we put newsletters around the house, we equipped the entire kitchen, and little by little we are always looking for improvements, if there is any point in which we should improve, please I would be very happy if you could share, after all we are in search of excellence!!
Easy access, following the signs of the restaurant origin da roça, it is two houses before, as in the photos, all free area for guests, without sharing. Typing in the GPS " is without error the access to the house that will be two houses before the restaurant.
Other remarks
Farm surrounded by a beautiful green view, Freshwater River a true natural pool, yes it is possible to swim, at the beginning it is very shallow, ideal for children and dogs, only on the other side that it gets deeper, ideal for those who know how to swim and want to cool off. It's not a stagnant river, but running, crystal clear water. In the middle of the river there are some rocks where you can sit on them and catch the sun on a sunny day.
