Chácara Nova Vida, located in the city of Itapecerica da Serra, close to the center 10 minutes from the commercial area, in the state of São Paulo, has many green areas for those who enjoy close contact with nature.
It is a large place offering its customers: 1 main house with TV room and a beautiful bar, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a suite, in total the main house accommodates 30 people. and has a beautiful balcony, we have 3 more suites in the outdoor area accommodating 8 people each. totaling 54 people for overnight stay, we have a large party room, with barbecue, sink and an industrial kitchen with freezer, stove, refrigerator and in cases of party Comporta from 120 to 150 people. outdoor and leisure area with swimming pool 13 x 5 combined two outdoor bathrooms next to the pool, games room, playground, soccer field, 1 bathroom next to the field, 1 beautiful with natural grass and a lake.
We are available for the following situations: Suitable place for overnight stays, for family and friends events, birthdays, BB tea, weddings, engagements, weddings, church retreat, business debutante and graduation. The premises were available during the rental period except for the dormitory which will be released according to the amount of overnight stay to be agreed.
