Humaitá Farm is a place of peace and tranquility surrounded by beautiful trees, supplied with water directly from the spring. The main house is located on the highest part of the property, from where you can admire a beautiful view of the mountain with native vegetation typical of the Atlantic Forest. A place where nature manifests itself in an exuberant way.
In addition to being a leisure space for the whole family to enjoy on weekends and holidays, it is also quite suitable for parties, birthdays, yoga classes, therapy sessions, baby showers, gender reveal parties, weddings, or any other event that requires ample space and infrastructure to ensure comfort and convenience.
The leisure facilities include a swimming pool, volleyball court, mini soccer field, playground, outdoor fireplace, and a cozy kiosk equipped with a wood-burning stove, pizza oven, two barbecue grills, refrigerator, and freezer. Attached is a games room with a snooker table and ping pong table.
Overnight options:
1) Main house: features a living room with fireplace, LED TV, kitchen with stove and utensils, refrigerator, microwave, 4 bedrooms - 3 of which are suites - and a shared bathroom. There is accommodation on beds/mattresses for 25 people, with 1 bedroom having a double bed and the others having bunk beds. By bringing extra sleeping mats, we can accommodate up to 30 people.
2) Dormitory house: has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, all with double beds. There is also a shared bathroom and two extra single mattresses. Comfortably accommodates ten people.
