Backyard is very wooded attracting all kinds of birds, you can enjoy nature from the garden that is exquisitely maintained or from the deck.
There are 400 m2 built area and 1300 m2 land. Excellent option to rest, replenish your energies, enjoy nature, watch the birds. In addition to all the comfort and leisure that the house offers, guests can enjoy the attractions that the condominium offers: tennis court, volleyball court, soccer field, a wonderful covered deck from where you can see a stunning sunset, point fishing, indoor trails, and a swimming pool over the sea. And motorized surveillance 24 hours a day, concierge with controlled access and cameras. We recommend including the maid service, our guests always like her. She makes breakfast, lunch and takes care of the cleaning. She cooks really well. It makes the best beans on the island!!! Caiçara food, simple and tasty! Knows how to make cakes and juices! A grace of person.
The maid service is NOT included in the daily rate.
We are close to Curral beach and Veloso and Laje waterfalls.

It has easily accessible public transport. In the house we have 1 covered parking space and 2 uncovered spaces. We do not provide bed and bath linen.
