The house has 03 bedrooms (2 suites) that accommodate 10 people, has air conditioning in one of the suites and the other rooms have fans, and also has air conditioning in the living room, American kitchen that has: microwave, blender, stove with hood, refrigerator and basic utensils, Wi-Fi, 3 bathrooms, gourmet area with barbecue, jacuzzi with deck, veranda with hammock, garage for 3 cars, automatic gate. Approximately 1.8 km from Curral beach, 5 minutes by car to the beach and then Praia Grande, Julião, Feiticeira and Ilha das Cabras.
About the location, it is right at the TOP of the mountain, as shown in the photos, and for this reason it has a paradisiacal view of the sea and for this reason we like to EMPHASIZE to our guests that they are aware of the very SHORT "lady" climb that they will have to take to get to the house of approximately 150 meters, which we will go up through the street parallel to the house, where the car will need to be engaged in 1st gear. For people who are not used to taking roads in high places, and demanding driver experience, in addition to favorable weather conditions.
Obs. : We inform you that after a seasonal contact will be made detailing the description of the house and the rules. And we will need some documents, such as: RG, proof of address (of the contract holder) and the other guests' names and ages to come.
Due to the house being very close to the Atlantic Forest, there are many bird nests and for that reason it is not allowed to make NOISE with Sound, Whistles, Shouting, both day and night.
The Silence Law operates in the municipality and is very strict and the fine will go to the tenant, so do not bring boxes or stereos or any other instrument that makes noise or noise. And it is also a residential area with residents, for this reason, not suitable for a group of young people, as NOISE is allowed.
