We have a very efficient and helpful manager who cleans the pool and is available to assist your family and your group. He will be around for whatever you need, and from the moment of closing you will be receiving his number to answer all your questions and inform you about what you want.

Caseiros atenciosos, bairro tranquilo e com tudo perto. Eu e a minha família deixaremos uma crítica construtiva aos proprietários. Precisam investir um pouco no imóvel. Fazer um banheiro na área externa. O banheiro externo é essencial! Quem fica na parte superior precisa subir as escadas cada vez que precisam ir ao banheiro. Inclusive crianças! Trocar o cabo de alumínio que sustenta os chuveiros. Alguns são curtos e a gente bate na parede durante o banho. E na entrada da sala tem goteiras do telhado o que deixa o piso perigoso! De resto tranquilo!

Olha a casa e maravilhosa, e muito bom ter uma casa e cada ter a sua suíte, achei ótimo 👍, a piscina e maravilhosa, a Amanda e o Iham são super atenciosos você não fica com dúvida de nada e a casa é super bem localizada bem perto da praia de Pereque, perto do mercado farmácias enfim e nós queremos no próximo ano retornar porque foi uma ótima experiência. Há uma pizzaria super legal na esquina da rua da casa, ótimo lugar oara fazer caminhadas, tem posto de gasolina a duas quadras da casa, a balsa e muito perto olha melhor local, JA ESTAMOS PLANEJANDO PARA A PROXIMA.
