Guaruja Praia de Pitangueiras apartment, one block from the beach. Large living room, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and a fully equipped kitchen. Balcony with a view of the beach, on the mountain side, with lots of greenery and a wonderful view of the sea. The condominium has beach service with an umbrella and 4 chairs (two of which are in the condominium and two in the apartment).
Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove and utensils. Service area with sink and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms (one of them is a suite). There are 2 full bathrooms, one of which is in the suite. There is a toilet in the smaller bedroom. 1 parking space in the building.

I love Guarujá! I am a retired resident in São Paulo with future plans to settle in Guarujá. To keep my apartment clean, I opted for a vacation rental because in addition to the income that is important to pay expenses, I keep it busy and with frequent cleaning. I take great care of it (according to my daughter it's more complete than my house...lol) with the aim of making it comfortable and practical. But the best thing is, of course, sitting on the balcony and enjoying the color of the sea, listening to the noise and the green surroundings.
