We bought this apartment over 28 years ago and started renting it in January 2020. Initially to friends, friends of friends and later through the TEMPORADA LIVRE platform. We do not advertise on any other platforms.
The apartment is spacious, 90 m^2, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms
There are three rooms:
Bedroom 1 Suite: 1 double bed
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (2 people)
4 mattresses.
Total = 10 guests
It's on the first floor.
It has an elevator.
The parking space is underground.
There's a watchman on the street.
It has: Internet, smart TV, mattresses with protection (new), fans (new), air conditioning (new), refrigerator, stove (new) and microwave (new).
It is next to shops and a 5-minute walk from the beach (Approx 450m).
In terms of commerce, there are gas stations, bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, pet shops, pharmacies, shops, ice cream shops, açaí shops, bars and restaurants.
The sea is super calm in this corner (almost at the end of Enseada beach). Also known as Tortugas Corner.
It has nautical entertainment such as Jet ski, banana boat, stand up and boat rental.
