The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, plus 1 additional bedroom and 1 shared bathroom with a shower stall, a kitchen integrated with the living and dining rooms, as well as spacious balconies with safety netting in the living room and master suite. The bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
All common areas of the condominium can be used by guests.
