It has all the facilities nearby (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bus). It is close to the Aquarium. An inflatable pool can be taken and placed (there is plenty of space on the deck to enjoy; kids love it). It has a barbecue and fridge on the balcony, with plenty of lighting to enjoy all night. There are planters around the porch. Ceiling fans and split air conditioning (new, silent appliances) in the 3 bedrooms (with curtains, sheets, pillows and closets). The same installations of ceiling fans and split air conditioning plus curtains are found in the living room combined with the dining room (it has 20 m2), which opens onto the balcony through a full-width French door, providing natural light. the environment, making it very pleasant and relaxing.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV (with Sky TV converter with private channels) and stereo (CD/cassette tape), a double sofa bed and a sofa (single). There is no fixed internet but the reception of the mobile internet signal (4.0) is very good. It has 2 bathrooms with electric shower and hairdryer. Complete kitchen (duplex fridge, gas stove/oven) with accessories (plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, electric oven) and service area (automatic washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, iron ironing machine and vacuum cleaner). It has 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 surfboards (plastic) and a beach table cart. It is freshly painted and very nice.
The building has an elevator that holds 5 people and parking spaces inside the building (a garage belongs to the apartment, but the other spaces can be used in case there are no other vehicles for the other tenants). In any case, the vehicles (up to 3) will not be on the street at night (they can be stored in the existing free areas for circulation) and they must be removed early so that other people can maneuver their vehicles.
There is a caretaker (his name is Junior) throughout the period, to give you the support you need (assistance, security, keys). He is very kind and will give you all the instructions you need to use all...
