A Portaria do condomínio e de frente com a Praia Massaguaçu com quiosque,ciclovias de bikes e caminhadas!!!! A casa fica aproximadamente 600 mts da praia!!!!

A casa é incrível e deu pra ver o quanto cuidam dela. Casa bem equipada, aconchegante, limpa e bem localizada. Único ponto é que como fomos no outono não bate tanto sol e acaba não esquentando a piscina, um aquecedor na hidro seria um diferencial! Tivemos um excelente final de semana.
