House for vacation rental in Campos do Jordão
Cozy mountain chalet with 160m2 on a plot of 1000m2, with beautiful views, large garden, and contact with nature. It is worth appreciating the silence and waking up to the birds singing!The house has a complete alarm system, including full camera monitoring. It also has environment automation through ALEXA. To do this, use your voice to turn the house lights on and off. “ALEXA turn off the dining room” “ALEXA turn on the fireplace room” and etc...The Wi-Fi network is available in the house.
The house is newly renovated, featuring new furniture and cozy environments. For example, the fireplace room is made up of sofas, a 43” LED smart TV, ottomans to rest your feet while watching your favorite movies, and a rug. For those who enjoy card games or other games, the house has an environment with a game table and 4 chairs next to a small bar where wines can be placed for an evening of “cheese and wine”.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, electric sandwich maker, white and red wine glasses, water glasses, plates, cups, pots, pans, serving dishes, tapestries, etc... it also provides 4 portable heaters, which can be used in bedrooms or any other indoor environment.
Bed linen, pillows and blankets are courtesy of the house, so you only need to take towels.
In the external area of the house there is a gourmet area consisting of a newly built pergola, table, bench and chairs along with the barbecue area with grill and skewers.
The house is located at a distance of 3.4 km from the center of Capivari, and from the Jaguaribe and Abernésia neighborhoods where you can find several drugstores, supermarkets (Máximo, Pão de Açucar and Piratininga) and several other businesses.
RECOMMENDATION: in Campos do Jordão street identifications are not standardized and in each location application there is a nomenclature, I advise you to arrive by the exact location:
22°44'16.3"S 45°34'40.9"W. ( Google Maps).
The house is at number 520, Rua Rivaldo Albino Rodrigues (continuation of Rua Joana Costa César), but if you put it on Google Maps or Waze, you won't arrive at the exact number, just on the street.

Upon arriving in Campos do Jordão, so that your journey is more peaceful, avoiding going through a neighborhood with steep and difficult-to-access streets, I RECOMMEND starting your journey at the Roma Supermarket ( Av. Dr. Januário Miraglia, 2784 - Jaguaribe, Campos do Jordão - SP, 12460-971) and when you get there, put the location on Google Maps:
