It is not allowed to use cigarettes or similar inside the residence. The house cleaning fee is for you to enjoy and rest until your checkout, not having to worry about cleaning the house. However, kitchen utensils and crockery must be clean and organized at check-in.
The farm is located in a completely quiet place, with pure mountain air in the Serra da Mantiqueira. Less than 4 km away is Marina Russolândia and wakeboarding.

We only allow 01 small dog, because the farm has a São Bernardo and a mixed breed that are totally isolated from the guests.
It is forbidden to take your dog in the pool area.
The farm is located in a dead-end street, because at the end is the Dam.
