Excelente localização, gostei bastante também do apto, praticamente novo, com os utensílios domésticos todos funcionando, isso é importante e recebi a casa limpa.

Apartamento bom, bem localizado, local tranquilo, proprietária muito atenciosa! A única coisa que não havia me atentado no anúncio referente aos dormitórios, não possui cama de casal mas tirando isto tudo ótimo.
