Horizontal condominium 400 meters from the beach (8 minutes walk), and 10 km from the center of Bertioga, located on Indaiá beach, more precisely in Cantão do Indaiá, 10 km from the center and 4 km from the Riviera de São Lourenço (which has a incredible shopping and shopping) by taking the highway or 2 km from the border of the Riviera by the beach (bike or walking). Quiet sea beach, ideal for families with children, the fact that it is in the corner of the beach makes the sea really calm and with few waves. On the condominium street, we have an excellent bar and restaurant (Jolly Roger) with beach service, breakfast, lunch and dinner. On average 1 km pharmacy, bakery and market. In the center of Bertioga boat ride, restaurants and access to the ferry that goes to Guarujá for those who want to know.

We built this house for our family and since then we have lived great moments of rest and fun in Caraguá and Ubatuba. There, you are 500 meters from the sea and wake up listening to the birds as it is a region with a lot of vegetation. We managed to unite the nature of the countryside with the beach, an ideal place to relax with your family, the energy is great !!!
