It has 5 bedrooms (3 suites / 2 bedrooms with single beds), all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances, and there is a large swimming pool with a waterfall, a barbecue area, extensive gardens, living rooms, and an Olympic-sized billiard table. There is a garage for 5 cars and a semi-private path to the beach, a 2-minute walk.
A tranquil and secluded beach, surrounded by native vegetation and the lush Serra do Mar mountain range, with clear waters perfect for swimming, a family-friendly environment, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet!
