* With 2 bedrooms, one being a suite. Each bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table, a double clothes rack, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. A pouf is included in the Yuuhi room.
* We provide 5 single blankets and 1 double blanket, liquid soap for bath and hands, toilet paper, 2 beach chairs, and an extra folding bed.
* Room with 32" Smart TV (TCL movie channel), 2 lounge chairs, 2 black armchairs and air conditioning.

* Fully equipped compact kitchen with kitchen utensils, salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, water filter, laundry and cleaning products, ceiling fan.

* Apartment on the first floor with one flight of stairs
* One free uncovered parking space within the building. Please unload your luggage while your car is parked in the designated space. For your convenience, you may use the cart located inside the apartment.

* Outdoor shower next to the entrance gate and a tap for washing your flip-flops.
* Located two blocks from Enseada beach, skate park, beachfront promenade with restaurants and bars for happy hours, and extensive bike path.
* One block from Av. Anchieta where you will find the Pastel de Bertioga Restaurant, 4 Ases bakery, gas station, ice cream parlor, pastry shop, pharmacy, butcher shop, stores, Semar supermarket and Krill.
* Close to the Bertioga Municipal Hospital, Forte São João, event tent, Tupiniquins Park, craft fair and fish market.

***WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE. We kindly ask that you do not leave the stove and dishes dirty. Please remove the trash and deposit it in the black trash can outside at the back.
***WE ASK FOR HONESTY when reporting the number of guests. In December 2025, we had a terrible experience with guests not listed on the reservation, resulting in acts of vandalism at the accommodation.
