* With 2 bedrooms, one being a suite. Each bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table, a double clothes rack, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an armchair.
* We provide 4 single blankets and 1 double blanket, liquid soap for bath and hands, and toilet paper.
***REMEMBER TO BRING BATH AND FACE TOWELS, PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS, SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES
***SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE APARTMENT PREMISES***
***WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE. Please return the property in a reasonably clean state, leaving the stove and dishes clean. Remove the trash and deposit it in the black outdoor trash can.
***BE HONEST, DON'T LIE. On December 31, 2025, in a reservation for 3 adults, 6 adults and 3 children checked in. There was a lot of dirt and mess, electrical appliances were damaged, kitchen items were broken and stolen, windows and doors were open, and the garage was unlocked. This caused property damage and a lot of disruption.
***WE ONLY ACCEPT FAMILIES, GROUPS OF FRIENDS OR YOUNG PEOPLE ARE NOT ACCEPTED!!! PLEASE DO NOT INSIST.
* Living room with 32" Smart TV (TCL movie channel), 2 retro armchairs and poufs, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
* Voltage 110V with some 220V outlets
* Home office setup
* Fully equipped compact kitchen with household utensils, spices, water filter, laundry and cleaning products. Prepare your meals with a view of the horizon.
* A full 13kg spare gas cylinder
* Apartment on the first floor, will have one flight of stairs.
* One free uncovered parking space within the building. Please unload your luggage while your car is parked in the designated space. For your convenience, you may use the cart located inside the apartment.
* Outdoor security cameras, electric fence, and fire extinguishers
* Outdoor shower next to the entrance gate and a tap for washing your flip-flops.
* Located two blocks from Enseada beach, skate park, wonderful beachfront promenade with restaurants and bars for happy hours, and an extensive bike path.
* One block from Av. Anchieta where you will find the Pastel de Bertioga Restaurant, 4 Ases bakery, Ipiranga gas station, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, Farmaconde pharmacy, butcher shop, various stores, Semar supermarket and Krill.
* Close to the Bertioga Municipal Hospital, Forte São João, event tent, Tupiniquins Park, craft fair and fish market.
