House with 4 large balconies! 1 TV room with smart TV, game table with deck, dominoes and board game, barbecue and open concept kitchen, perfect for barbecue by the pool! The house is equipped with glass and crystal bowls and plastic cups for children. We also have an oil-free electric fryer, in addition to two refrigerators with freezer and a separate freezer! The house also has a cold water fountain. For your perfect day to be perfect we have beach chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers! The house was also equipped with additional underground water tanks. If the street water runs out, a pump is automatically activated to fill these water tanks, all for your comfort and to avoid shortages during festive seasons!guest access

Less than 10 km from the popular riviera beach of São Lourenço! It's great for those who want the tranquility of a beach in a condominium, but like the hustle and bustle of a trendy beach! The house was recently renovated, most of the items in the house are new! The house is pet friendly and has gates and a patio where your pet can stay, but unfortunately the beach is restricted by a municipal law in Bertioga that prohibits animals on the beach!
