Farm (1000 m2) in Araçoiaba da Serra- SP. Residential neighborhood, ideal for those who come to rest and connect with nature. We are 5 minutes from the market, pharmacy and restaurants. The street is dirt, we are two blocks from the asphalt. We are 10 minutes from the central lake, ideal for walking and where the country fair takes place on Sundays. We are 20 minutes from Fazenda Ipanema where there are trails and a museum.We have fruit trees and a vegetable garden with herbs, feel free to consume them. The pool has a children's part and an adult part with 90 thousand liters, where there is a small waterfall. We also have a special part for making a bonfire.
Our kitchen is complete: barbecue, electric grill, stove with two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, dishes, etc. The room is a suite and has two box-spring beds, which can be pushed together. The living room has a sofa, fireplace, desk next to the Wi-Fi router, views of the garden and pool, television. a complete social bathroom. A living room-balcony with 3 single beds and a bunk bed. An extra queen size mattress. A 4-seater dining table and 4 wooden chairs and a 6-seater dining table. Extra plastic chairs.
We offer extra blankets, umbrellas, hammocks, firewood for the fireplace and bonfire (depending on availability)
