Ranch for vacation rental in Presidente Nereu

It is located in Santa Catarina, in the municipality of Presidente Nereu, in a rural neighborhood called Thiemenn. It was built in a valley surrounded by nature where there is no noise pollution. A very peaceful place that exudes peace and quiet, ideal for those who want to escape the busy city life. Vale do Colibri was designed, planned and built with the well-being of our guests in mind.
The house has a double bedroom on the upper floor with a king-size bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. On the same floor, we have a cinema room with a 120-inch laser TV, a sofa bed and air conditioning. On the lower floor of the house, we have a kitchen, dining room and living room combined. The kitchen with fitted furniture comes with all the utensils, a set of stone pots, built-in electric stove, 5-burner gas cooktop and extractor fan. The living room has a sofa bed, a coffee table with entertainment games, a 300-inch projector and we also have a fireplace where the coffee corner is located. In the dining room, there is a bar and a table for 6 people with air conditioning. The bathroom and service area are also located on the lower floor of the house. Our party area is 200m2, contains 2 bathrooms (male and female), pizza oven, 1.20 meter wide barbecue, bread oven, meat smoker and wood stove, all built in brick and with granite countertops. In the same area there is an electric oven, 4-burner gas cooktop, 2 ice cream machines, iron cookware set and all kitchen utensils, tables, chairs and also a sound system. The salt-treated pool is 14 meters long by 6 meters wide with a hydromassage area and children's area. Life jackets for adults and children are provided and life buoys are also provided.
On the property there is a river with water suitable for bathing, and you can also take incredible walks along it.
At the back of the property, in addition to an orchard with 80 varieties of fruit trees, there is also a pergola with a jacuzzi area on the upper floor and a swing bed with a mosquito net downstairs to relax at any time of the day. There is much more to this property than we can describe here.
We will be ready to start receiving guests all year round, also for parties and events from March 2025.
