House for vacation rental in Penha
Our house is 5 minutes walking from the beach and 8 minutes from the entrance to Parque do Beto Carrero World. It has approximately 220m2 of area and is surrounded by high walls providing total privacy and security to guests.Right at the entrance we have spaces for up to 6 cars, two of which are covered. Also at the entrance is the 8 meter swimming pool with a spa area and a shallow, little beach area for small children. There is also a very large balcony with a hammock, hammocks, chairs and tables. Still outside there is a barbecue and a big shower to remove the salt and sand from when we arrived from the beach.
Inside it is fully air-conditioned, air conditioned with hot / cold functions. The full kitchen (2 refrigerators, stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots and...) brings you the option of cooking something at home.
In the living room we have a TV with Netflix and open channels as well as a very nice sofa bed for those rainy days or even watching some news or soap operas.
In this same environment we organize a corner for HOMEOFFICE with the facilities for those who want to work and rest on the beach !!
We accommodate up to 15 people in this house comfortably in its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Other observations.
* If there is a difference between the number of people from when the reservation was made to the number of people who will actually be staying, please inform us before the date of your check-in, as this difference in people may generate an additional cost during your stay.
* Bed linen included is NOT INCLUDED, if you need it, please consult us as we can provide it, at an additional cost.
* Pets are always welcome, but remember that they pay a fee. If you have not previously consulted, the fee will be requested at your check in.
* Anticipations or postponements of the time of entry or departure, when feasible, half a day will be added. Please consult the price and availability.
* Cleaning fee R $ 250.00.
* Parties and events have an extra fee, please consult in advance.
* If the guests do not observe the rules of use of the pool that are fixed at the entrance of the house and the same green, the guest will undertake to pay a fee of R $ 500.00 to cover the costs of recovery of the pool, and also undertakes not to use it again until further notice. Guests will still have to bear the extra cost of inconvenience to their next guests.
