Close to market, greengrocer, pharmacy, snack bar and convenience store. Service station with lifeguards well ahead until 8pm, ideal for those with children. We do not charge cleaning fees to facilitate the price, just deliver the house cleaned in the same way you found it, for the next guests. If you prefer, cost of R$120.00.
