Right in the center! At Rua 246, number 72, almost on the corner with the main avenue (1st Nereu Ramos Avenue), in the best location in Meia Praia, Itapema - SC. Just a few meters from the beach and everything: Koch Supermarket, Calçadão Shopping Mall and Russi Russi, banks, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and a 24-hour gas station.
The balcony has a sea view and a charcoal grill.
The bedroom and suite have air conditioning and a double box spring bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, coffee maker, kettle and electric sandwich maker, blender, microwave and electric oven, refrigerator with freezer and barbecue accessories: grill, skewers and barbecue knife.
In the service area we provide an automatic washing machine, a fixed and a portable clothesline, and an iron.
The building has an elevator, and for your safety, we have installed a smoke detector inside the apartment.
ATTENTION: Covered garage measuring 4.50 x 2.20 meters, suitable for light vehicles and small SUVs; it does not fit pickup trucks such as Hilux, Amarok, etc.
