The space has a mini kitchen with basic equipment for small meals, utensils, table, chairs, and smart TV connected to the Wi-Fi network. We have a shared gourmet area, equipped with a barbecue (charcoal/wood), gas stove and oven, pans, utensils, sink, tables, chairs and a toilet. The laundry room is shared and equipped with washing machines (free use) and dryer (use for an extra fee). The stove available in the unit is a 1-burner induction electric cooktop. There is a gas stove/oven in the shared outdoor kitchen. We provide bed linen and towels, as well as basic amenities to facilitate your arrival. There is no replenishment during the stay.
Meia Praia is located in the southern part of the city of Itapema. With an extensive beach and beautiful views, it has complete infrastructure with banks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, various shops and churches. Parque Linear Calçadão extends along the entire beach and has a bike path, rest and leisure areas for all ages. The beach is 5km long and the best way to get around the neighborhood is walking or cycling! The main avenue has well-maintained sidewalks and the bike path runs along the entire beach. During high season it can be very difficult to find available parking spaces, so we recommend avoiding driving at this time.
