There are no restrictions on the use of portable barbecues on the balcony. We provide a portable barbecue.

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After this time, a R$200.00 fee will be added.

We accept pets weighing up to 10 kg, provided they are well-mannered. We add an extra cleaning fee for our four-legged friends.

Close to restaurants, supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, banana boats, lifeguards.

House rules:

- Access to the hall is usually via the sliding glass door on the side (beach access), which should remain open but ajar. Swimmers should use the foot bath and then dry their feet.

- Unmarked rotating parking garages. Except for the covered spaces on the side of the building, these cannot be used. We ask that you leave a note with your apartment number and phone number on the dashboard of your car.

- Emergency circuit breaker panel: behind the mobile suspended at the entrance;

- TV room: with BTV

- We have some possible lighting scenarios in the living room, we suggest testing them at night;

- Please be careful when opening and closing bedroom blinds so that they remain on the track;

- There are no restrictions on the use of mini barbecues on the balcony, if you wish.

Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am.

It is forbidden to throw objects out of windows.

It is forbidden to hang clothes and towels on the balcony and window sills.

Guests must wash dishes on the day of departure.

To avoid the accumulation of waste, we ask that you separate recyclable waste from non-recyclable waste and place it in the trash regularly.

We ask that you use water in moderation and with care to avoid water shortages.

Take care of beach chairs by removing sand at the foot bath and keeping them clean. If they break, please replace them!

Pontos positivos: O imóvel corresponde as fotos do anúncio, ambiente agradável, boa decoração e localização, cama de casal confortável, ar condicionado funciona e as cadeiras de praias foram úteis.

Pontos negativos: A internet parou de funcionar, isso foi um problema para nós, porque meu marido estava trabalhando home office e foi resolvido no período da tarde.

Não foi possível acomodar as nossas coisas nos guarda-roupas, porque são uitlizados para guardar outros tipos de utensílios e precisa de manutenção.

Sentimos falta de itens básicos para iniciarmos nossa estadia, como 1 rolo de papel higiênico, detergente e bucha de cozinha.

Sentimos falta também de ar condicionada na sala. As vagas de garagem são do tipo de gaveta, para nós não foi um problema, porque fomos fora de temporada. Interessante, colocar isso na descrição, porque ao ler "vagas rotativas" não imáginavamos que era do tipo gaveta.

Las comodidades tal cual se ve en las fotos. Limpia. Ordenada. Tiene estacionamiento cubierto. Esta bien ubicada tanto para la playa como para los comercios. Recomendaría este departamento. Fui con mi familia. Dos niños. Datos a tener en cuenta: no hay ascensor. No tiene aire en el living. Igual de 10 el lugar. Volvemos a ir.
