The laundry room has a washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, and hair dryer, plus an extra third bathroom, ensuring greater convenience.
It is located next to the Bridge of Sighs, above famous restaurants such as ORLA, FRIGIDEIRAS and TAPERA, with easy access to supermarkets, shops and the BR 101 highway. Right in front of the building on the waterfront, there are also nautical leisure options such as stand-up paddleboard rentals, boat trips, pirate ships, and a nearby marina for jet ski rentals.
