The house is ideal for large families or groups of friends who like to interact, so it has large leisure areas. Furthermore, the house is located facing the sea, and has a garage that can accommodate up to 7 medium-sized cars. It has a living room, workspace, barbecue with table and chairs for 20 people, two gardens, swimming pool, kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pans. All suites have split AC, and the seafront suites have ceiling fans.
