House for vacation rental in Florianópolis
A tiny wooden house that, despite being only 20 m2, has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. It is located less than 30 minutes' walk from the paradisiacal Mozambique beach, which you will reach by following a trail with sand dunes and beautiful natural landscapes. Guests will have complete privacy in a tiny wooden house with a balcony and hammock for relaxing.
The little house is ideal for a couple, but we have a futon mattress that can comfortably accommodate a child. Remember that there is a ladder that gives access to the mezzanine, so for very small children it may be a risk.
The little house is located in the same place where the hosts live, but the guest has complete privacy, as it is completely independent. We have pets! There are 4 super docile and well-mannered felines. They roam around the patio, so it is very important that the guests like animals or do not mind their presence.
The property is located in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood, close to shops and Moçambique beach. Less than 15 minutes away by car is the Ingleses neighborhood, where we have the largest infrastructure on the island and one of the busiest beaches during the season. It is also close to the beaches on the east of the island, such as Barra da Lagoa, Praia Mole, Joaquina and Lagoa da Conceição.
The little house was designed to provide a comfortable and convenient stay. It has a balcony with a hammock for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a gas stove and oven, a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. On the mezzanine floor, there is a double mattress, a rustic wooden shelf, a coat rack and a 32-inch TV with Chromecast. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine.
We also have internet from Vivo. I provide bed linen, blankets and pillows.
Rio Vermelho is a quiet neighborhood with great infrastructure. It is located between the best beaches in the north and east of the island.

The closest beach is the beautiful Praia do Moçambique, which can be reached either via ecological trails or by car along the highway.
